 A Life Built at Home

While professional achievement and community engagement shape his public profile, the core of life is grounded in family.

The “long table” philosophy extends beyond philanthropy into daily practice—rooted in Greek heritage and carried forward within his home.

At the center of that foundation are his wife, Tina , and their children. Family serves as the guiding principle behind their decisions—a steady reference point ensuring that success is shared, and opportunity remains open to others.

Consistent Presence in the Community

Beyond the kitchen, Jimmy and Tina are active contributors to local community development. For more than 18 years, Jimmy has served as a committed board member and hands-on partner with So What Else, supporting food rescue operations and broader outreach efforts that channel hospitality industry resources into community impact.

Their involvement spans youth programs, summer camps, and regional food security initiatives. From providing meals for after-school programs to supporting major Food Rescue Bank milestones, his presence is defined by consistent engagement and direct participation in the communities he serves.

"A career is what you build for the world; a family is what you build for the future."

A Legacy Passed Forward

The Fragoyannis legacy continues through the next generation, shaped by a foundation of hard work, generosity, and sustained community engagement.

Jimmy and Tina have focused on modeling leadership rooted in service rather than status.

From local educational environments such as Bullis to direct involvement in community initiatives, their children reflect a lived continuation of the “long table” philosophy—where inclusion, responsibility, and presence are central values.

The intention has remained consistent: to cultivate a future shaped by the same integrity and hospitality that formed the family’s foundation.
