A Life Built on Hospitality, Family & Community 

Tina Fragoyannis is the co-founder of Mamma Lucia Restaurant and has spent more than three decades helping build one of the Washington–Maryland region’s most recognized family restaurant brands. Guided by a commitment to hospitality, family values, and community, she helped grow Mamma Lucia into a respected neighborhood institution known for authentic Italian dining and lasting relationships.

 

Beyond the restaurant industry, Tina has supported numerous charitable and community initiatives focused on children’s healthcare, education, and disability advocacy throughout the Greater Washington area. Her work reflects a lifelong dedication to generosity, resilience, and bringing people together.

She resides in Maryland with her Jimmy.
